Terms of Allegiance

I. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the House of BloodTie website and associated services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Allegiance ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and House BloodTie ("we," "us," or "our").

II. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

All content, features, and functionality of the Services—including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio, video, and software—are owned by House BloodTie or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content without our prior written consent.

VI. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to our Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating our Services.

You represent that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

VII. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VIII. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HOUSE BLOODTIE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

IX. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless House BloodTie and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

X. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

XI. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

XII. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
